1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

Processing Time

Orders generally require 2–5 business days for order confirmation, preparation, packaging, and quality inspection before shipment.

During holidays, seasonal promotions, or periods of increased demand, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping charge of $6.99 per order applies for supported delivery regions, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier schedules, customs procedures, weather conditions, or local postal services.

3. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Please note:

• Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.
• Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a lost package.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments:

• Orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges required by their country.
• Zyntherrax™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international clearance procedures.

Import charges may vary depending on local regulations and destination countries.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The packaging
• The shipping label

Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution if necessary.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will investigate and arrange a replacement after verification.
